One that could support marketing, product, employer brand, internal communications and launch activity, while giving the business a clearer way to talk about the people behind every organisation.
We built the brand evolution around a simple idea: Benifex is there for life’s moments. To make that idea tangible, we worked with the Benifex team to create a series of marks, each capturing the emotions behind those moments. Those human-made marks were then digitised, refined and built into a flexible brand system. Alongside this, we recreated the logo, redefined the strategy, narrative, and tone of voice, developed the visual identity, created graphic libraries, built motion principles, designed launch materials, and packaged everything into guidelines, templates, and toolkits for internal use.
The result is a more human, distinctive and practical brand system for Benifex. The work gives the business a clearer way to express what benefits really mean, not just to organisations, but to the people they support. By rooting the identity in shared marks created with the team, the brand has a stronger sense of ownership from the inside out. It was not just designed for Benifex. It was built with them.
