In 2022, we partnered with the team to define their brand from the ground up: a foundation rooted in science, energy and human connection. As the business evolved into a global performance platform, the next challenge was to build on that foundation, expanding the brand to reflect new technology, deeper impact, and a growing community of users and partners around the world.
Working closely with Mindflick, we evolved every layer of the brand, from strategy to experience. We re-examined their purpose, positioning, personality and proposition to ensure they reflected a more confident, scalable platform for growth. The result was a refined brand built around a clear belief: Activate Change. Unlock Performance. The new personality captures four core dimensions: Energy That Inspires, Our Personal Best, Science in Action, and Tech That Transforms. Together, these define a brand that is dynamic, empowering, credible and human-centric, connecting high-performance psychology with real behavioural change. The visual and verbal systems were expanded to create a unified design language across product, communications and digital environments. We delivered every element of the experience: from brand systems and messaging frameworks to motion, photography direction, UI/UX design and launch activation.
The evolved brand has supported Mindflick’s growth as a leading performance psychology platform, helping teams and organisations around the world turn mindset into measurable progress. Since launch, Mindflick has reported significant behavioural impact across its users, with an 80% increase in psychological safety, a 96% rise in confidence when having tough conversations, and an NPS score of 89 across global clients. The platform continues to expand its reach across industries, embedding performance psychology into everyday leadership and team development. With a clear purpose and a scalable identity, Mindflick now connects science, technology and human insight to activate change and unlock performance at every level.
